Article 4- Contract Date and Force Majeure

Article 9- Procedure for Product Return and Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven days after receiving the goods, without any justification and without penalty. Article 12- Competent Courts and Enforcement Offices in Case of Conflict
